We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The original packaging must be unopened, intact, and free of damage.

All original tags, inserts, and accessories must be included.
Products that appear worn, used, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, tried on outdoors, or otherwise show signs of use.
Additionally, final sale items, gift cards, and promotional giveaways are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Approval: If your return meets the eligibility requirements, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping address.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Inspection & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at emberlyn.us@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund after verifying the claim.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
